Remember back in high school when you got your very first job? You probably drove around to every pizza, burger, and fast food joint in town, asking if they were hiring. Yeah, we all do it this way.
how else could we afford the latest fashion accessories or gadgets? Waiting tables or working in a shop is a common job for young people. These jobs are well known to be suitable for students. Most gargantuan corporations don’t tend to hire 16 year olds who lack a high school diploma. This is how we get the motivation to do well in school so we can do better. We want to be able to get a better job with better hours and bigger pay.
For student jobs, Bristol and other cities are great places full of opportunities for students.
I remember my first job clearly. It was working at a video store. When I think about what some of my friends were doing, mine was not so bad. However, how long can you stand to work in customer service? There is much worse than sitting in an office. customers can be faily vicious when they want to be and you are protected from this in your little cubicle. I started looking for other types of job when I went to college.
There were jobs at pizza places, delivering fast food, working in the swimming pool or at the cinema. these jobs were convenient but there was better out there for students like me. These days there are much more valuable resources to take advantage of. So toss that local newspaper in the trash, and stop wasting all your gas by driving around from window to window, in search of a “Help Wanted” sign. It’s time to turn to everyone’s favourite electronic buddy. Yes, I’m talking about your computer. search the internet for student friendly jobs near you.
You have access to jobs that simply wasn’t available to students ten years ago. You can find jobs all over the place, Bristol or any other city. You can quickly find jobs in your area that are open to students.
